Payment methods
Customers can pay in the following ways:

payment by payment cards online;
payment in cash when picking up the shipment in a maximum amount of up to 25,000 RSD (for the first purchase) and
payment to the account (e-banking or bank/post order)


Payment with payment cards Dina, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and American Express is realized in cooperation with Rainffeisen AD Beograd and is done on a separate page by simply entering data from your payment card. After you enter your card details and confirm the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and your order is approved and in the process of being prepared for delivery. The shipping cost is included in the total bill you pay and there is no additional payment when collecting the shipment.

In accordance with the Agreement with Rainffeisen ad Beograd, the payment card processor, the payment card data entered by the customer during payment are not available to our system.

All payments will be made in dinars (RSD). If payment is made with payment cards issued by foreign Banks, the transaction amount in dinars will be converted into the Bank's settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by the payment card operators.

When picking up the shipment at the address specified for delivery, you pay the courier in cash. This option is possible for the order amount up to RSD 25,000 for the first purchase with us. The shipping cost is included in the total amount that you received on your e-mail address with the order confirmation, and it is the total amount to be paid upon collection of the shipment. This is the amount that is printed on the address book of the shipment, and there are no additional commissions that need to be paid over that amount.
You can make a payment to our account by paying at the bank counter or by transferring money with an e-banking account. If you choose this option, you will receive payment instructions in the form of a completed bank order to your e-mail address. In this case, the pre-invoice is valid for 5 days and is approved only after your payment is recorded on our account, which, depending on the bank from which you make the payment and the time of day when you make the payment, can take from 1 hour to 24 hours. The shipping cost is included in the total amount you pay and there is no additional payment when collecting the shipment.
